Maître Louis LAZARD and Maître Pauline FLORA practise in partnership and work together on every case. This combines their skills and experience while ensuring shared follow-up: each client can contact either of them throughout the case.

Louis LAZARD

Holder of a Master 2 in Insurance Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, Maître Louis LAZARD advises companies, executives, insurers and individuals, mainly in employment law, corporate law and insurance law, in both advisory and litigation matters.

Used to defending employees and employers alike, he has solid experience of employment disputes and an in-depth understanding of the issues specific to each party. This dual experience helps him anticipate the other side’s arguments, identify risks and build a strategy suited to his clients’ interests.

He also practises corporate law, in particular supporting executives in setting up, running and developing their companies, as well as insurance law, in disputes over cover and liability.

With several experiences abroad, he speaks fluent English as well as Persian (Farsi).

Pauline FLORA

Holder of a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas and an LLM in International Business Law from Middlesex University London, Maître Pauline FLORA advises companies, executives, insurers and individuals in both advisory and litigation matters. She mainly practises commercial law, construction law and personal injury compensation.

Experienced in complex commercial litigation, she assists her clients in disputes with significant legal and financial stakes. In construction law, she regularly handles highly technical cases, in particular in amicable and court-appointed expert assessments, whose issues and specific features she knows well.

She also defends victims of personal injury to obtain fair compensation for their losses, both in amicable negotiations and before the courts.

Thanks to her international academic background and experience abroad, she can also handle cases in English.
