This page explains what cookies are, which ones the Site may set and how to accept or refuse them at any time.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to work; others, such as audience measurement cookies, can only be set with your consent.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies enable the Site to work securely (for example by storing your cookie choice). They are exempt from consent and cannot be disabled.

3. Cookies subject to your consent

The Site uses trackers that are only set with your consent. A banner lets you accept, refuse or customise them from your first visit; refusing is as easy as accepting and does not prevent access to the Site.

Audience measurement: Google Analytics (GA4). This service, provided by Google Ireland Limited, measures traffic to the Site (pages viewed, visit duration, device type, origin) in order to improve its content. It sets trackers on your device only if you click “Allow”. Statistics are compiled on an aggregated basis; their processing may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union, governed by the safeguards provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation. Lifetime of the trackers and of your choice: twelve (12) months at most.

More information about the service: Google Analytics, privacy and data protection. You can also install the opt-out browser add-on offered by Google.

4. Managing your choices

You can change your choices at any time using the button below. Your choice is kept for a limited period, after which you will be asked again.

You can also set your browser to accept or refuse cookies. The settings vary from one browser to another; see its online help.
